    Uit het rapport ‘‘Van onzichtbare achterblijver naar digitaal meedoen. Inzichten en succesfactoren van de proeftuinen met het Digitaal Meedoen pakket”, blijkt dat dankzij digitaal mee kunnen doen achterstanden kunnen worden ingelopen: Met passende ondersteuning, een gereduceerd internettarief en een apparaat (laptop of tablet) kan de onafhankelijkheid en zelfredzaamheid worden vergroot.
