The fourth edition of the European Humanitarian Forum (EHF 2025) will be co-organised by the European Commission and the Polish Presidency of the Council of the European Union.

As in previous years, the Forum will bring together EU Member States, global humanitarian stakeholders, NGOs, policymakers, and experts. The fourth edition of the EHF takes place amid escalating global crises, a shrinking humanitarian space, and a widening gap between urgent needs and available resources. With humanitarian aid becoming increasingly politicised and access to those in need more restricted, over 305 million people worldwide currently require urgent assistance and protection due to conflict, climate emergencies, food insecurity, and economic instability (UNOCHA). Despite the continued generosity of donors, the humanitarian funding gap remains significant. As of January 2025, only 46% of the $50 billion appeal for 2024 has been fulfilled (UN FTS). The programme will feature panel discussions, workshops, and Humanitarian Talks, providing participants with a dynamic platform to engage on thematic and geographic priorities.
