De rechtszaak van FOIC / Freedom Internet voert rechtszaak voor een open en vrij internet
Freedom Internet stapt samen met een coalitie van providers en organisaties die opkomen voor internetvrijheid en vrijheid van informatie, naar de Europese rechter, de coalitie treedt op onder de naam ‘Freedom of Information Coalition’ (FOIC) en neemt deze stap vanwege de blokkade van de Russische staatskanalen RT en Sputnik op basis van het Europese Besluit en de Verordening 2022/350.
