No News is Good News Day is a break from all the bad news about catastrophes, disasters, crisis and sorrow that happen every day somewhere in this world. It is good occasion to turn off the news for a while enjoy the silence and stop thinking about all the bad things. That does not mean people should grow uncaring about their neighbor’s troubles and the world affairs, but at least for once a year escape all the bad news and focus on the good thing that surround you, too. If you hear about crime and political crisis all day you might become too scared or suspicious to lice a happy life.
