World Pancreatic Cancer Day is observed on the third Thursday of November, as part of Pancreatic Cancer Awareness Month throughout November.

Pancreatic cancer is one of the world’s deadliest cancers, it is the sixth leading cause of cancer-related deaths globally among major cancers, with a five-year survival rate that remains in the single digits in many parts of the world.
