European Donation Day (EDD) is dedicated to the gift of hope, every second Saturday of October.

EDD, officially European Day for Organ, Tissue and Cell Donation, is a beacon of hope for those in need of a life-saving or life-changing treatment. It is an opportunity to recognise the generosity of donors and their families, raise awareness of the importance of organdonation and encourage everyone to consider how they can help make someone else’s life better with a gift of hope.
