DESCRIPTION:In de bovenste laag van de Atlantische Oceaan zweven naar schatting 27 miljoen ton aan nanoplastics –  minuscule deeltjes van minder dan 1 micrometer\, blijkt uit onderzoek in Nature. \n\nDat de oceanen vervuild zijn met plastic\, is al lang geen nieuws meer. Elke dag belandt er meer dan een miljoen kilogram plastic plastic in het water\, en steeds meer onderzoeken waarschuwen voor de gevolgen voor mens en milieu. Maar de meeste aandacht ging naar zichtbare stukken plastic. Over nanoplastics\, minuscule stukjes die minder dan een vijftigste van een menselijk haar meten\, is veel minder geweten. Nu blijkt uit het Nederlandse onderzoek dat die vervuiling veel groter is dan werd gedacht. Voor dit onderzoek nam een onderzoeksschip op twaalf locaties watermonsters waar alles dat groter dan één micrometer was werd uitgefilterd. Vervolgens werd het overblijvende materiaal gedroogd en geanalyseerd. Door de resultaten van verschillende locaties te extrapoleren naar de Noord-Atlantische Oceaan\, komen de onderzoekers tot de immense hoeveelheid van 27 miljoen ton nanoplastics\, daarmee is wel een belangrijk antwoord gevonden op de paradox van het missende plastic. Die paradox slaat op het verschil tussen de hoeveelheid geproduceerd plastic en de hoeveelheid afval. DESCRIPTION:Op initiatief van de Verenigde Naties wordt sinds 2001 op 9 juli de Dag voor de Vernietiging van Vuurwapens (Gun Destruction Day) gehouden\, deze dag is in het leven geroepen om ons bewust te maken van de dreiging en gevaren die slecht beveiligde en (illegale) handvuurwapens vormen voor onze dagelijkse veiligheid. \nTer gelegenheid van de Gun Destruction Day worden in verschillende landen op en rond 9 juli verouderde en in beslag genomen wapens vernietigd. Hoewel er elk jaar gemiddeld 800.000 vuurwapens worden vernietigd\, blijft het probleem van illegale vuurwapens enorm. Voor elk wapen dat wordt vernietigd\, worden er nog eens 10 vervaardigd en elke dag worden 2.000 mensen gedood door vuurwapens. Het Wapenhandelsverdrag / Arms Trade Treaty (ATT) werd in 2013 ondertekend door 130 landen en op 24 december 2014 door de Verenigde Naties aangenomen waardoor het wereldwijde juridisch bindend ATT in werking trad. De huidige stand van zaken: 104 landen hebben het ATT geratificeerd of zijn toegetreden. Tot deze landen behoren ook het Verenigd Koninkrijk\, Frankrijk\, Duitsland\, Italië en Spanje. Saillant detail: deze vijf staan in de top 10 van grootste wapenproducenten. Nog eens 32 landen hebben het verdrag ondertekend maar niet geratificeerd. Het doel van het ATT is om de export\, import\, tussenhandel en doorvoer van conventionele (niet nucleaire) wapens beter te controleren en reguleren. De initiatiefnemers\, waaronder Oxfam en Amnesty International hopen met het ATT een instrument in handen te hebben dat een einde maakt aan de meest extreme vormen van wapenexport. Volgens schattingen is de VS nu goed voor 34% van alle wereldwijde wapenverkopen\, een stijging van 30% ten opzichte van vijf jaar geleden. En vergis je niet de wapenexport van de VS ligt 58% hoger dan die van Rusland\, de op één na grootste exporteur van de wereld. De rest van de top 5 wordt gevormd door Frankrijk\, Duitsland en China. DESCRIPTION:Cow Appreciation Day occurs on the second Tuesday of July every year\, to raise awareness of what cows do for us humans\, as they are an important part of society and are often mistreated. \nWe need to learn to appreciate the animal behind the meat\, as it has been reported that many cows and farm animals are treated inhumanely on factory farms\, and often have 500 cattle or more. There are some benefits to eating meat\, as they have high nutritional value\, are rich in protein\, and can be good for your diet if consumed in small amounts\, but there are also many health risks. Diets with red meat and high-fat dairy foods can be associated with diabetes and cardiovascular disease which can lead to early death\, and diets high in fruit and veg can reduce these risks. As mentioned above\, there are now many meat alternative available that many people are turning to- but what are the health benefits? The benefits to Plant-based meat substitutes include: conserving the environment; as growing plants takes up less space and less water\, and eating plant-based reduces animal suffering as you will be cutting out meat. Plant-based meat alternatives are also better for your overall health due to you having lower cholesterol\, lower blood sugar\, and you are less likely to be obese. Impact of Meat on Sustainability and the Environment of meat production and consumption\, and aside from health risks\, it is so damaging to the environment: \n\nSustainability and climate change: Animal livestock uses a disproportionately large amount of land (around 77%) which is unsustainable. It is also estimated that the meat and dairy industry accounts for approximately 15% of all global greenhouse gas emissions.\nGreenhouse gas emissions: Meat consumption releases an array of greenhouse gases and this causes global warming which ultimately contributes to climate change. Livestock farming also causes emissions of greenhouse gases through destroying forests and ecosystems\, use of fertiliser\, and decaying manure.\nDeforestation: Beef and soy production are related to the loss of forests in South America\, including areas of Brazil\, Argentina\, and the Amazon Rainforest. Deforested areas can be cleared using fire\, and this causes huge amounts of carbon dioxide to be released.\nBiodiversity loss: Many habitats and species are becoming extinct due to natural environments being destroyed to raise animals for meat. Around half of the planet’s habitable land is used for agriculture- with a vast majority of this used to graze livestock.\n\nTo celebrate this\, some folks like to: \n\nWear cow-printed or cow-inspired outfits (think cowboy hats and cowbell necklaces)\nHost cow-themed parties with moo-moo decorations and cow-shaped snacks\nVisit local farms or petting zoos to get up close and personal with those adorable cows\nShare cow-related memes and jokes on social media (because\, let’s face it\, cow puns are the best)\nOffer discounts or freebies at cow-friendly businesses\n\nAnd\, of course\, who could forget the most important tradition of all – FREE COW-THEMED FOOD. Many restaurants and cafes offer special deals and menu items on Cow Appreciation Day\, so be sure to keep an eye out for those moo-velous offers. Interestingly\, some people also use this day to raise awareness about cow welfare and sustainable farming practices. En dat doet zijn werk goed\, blijkt uit een evaluatie van Erasmus MC in opdracht van het RIVM. Het risico om te overlijden aan darmkanker daalde met 45 procent bij degenen die deelnamen aan het bevolkingsonderzoek naar darmkanker. Dat blijkt uit een evaluatie van het bevolkingsonderzoek door het Erasmus MC in opdracht van het RIVM. Erasmus analyseerde de uitkomsten van de screening vanaf de start van het bevolkingsonderzoek in 2014 tot nu. In Nederland ontvangen mensen van 55 tot en met 75 jaar elke twee jaar een oproep voor het bevolkingsonderzoek darmkanker. Een ontlastingstest spoort bloed op dat kan duiden op darmkanker of een voorstadium daarvan. Zo kan darmkanker vroeg ontdekt of zelfs voorkomen worden. Dit vergroot de kans op een succesvolle behandeling. Toch is het aantal deelnemers de afgelopen jaren gedaald. In 2023 deed slechts 67\,2 procent van de genodigden mee aan de ontlastingstest. Vooral mannen maken er minder gebruik van\, terwijl uit de cijfers blijkt dat er bij hen vaker darmkanker wordt gevonden. DESCRIPTION:In heel Nederland klinkt op elke eerste maandag van de maand om 12:00 het luchtalarm van het waarschuwingsstelsel of waarschuwings- en alarmeringssysteem (WAS)\, behalve op feestdagen\, Nationale Dodenherdenking of bij andere speciale gebeurtenissen. \nDe test duurt 1 minuut en 26 seconden. In juni en december wordt tevens een NL-Alert testbericht verstuurd naar mobiele (GSM) telefoons. Het WAS is een netwerk van 4278 sirenes in Nederland die draadloos en onafhankelijk van elkaar aangezet kunnen worden vanuit de alarmcentrale van de regionale brandweer. De sirenes worden gebruikt om te waarschuwen via een luchtalarm voor (dreigend) gevaar\, met name indien er gevaarlijke stoffen in de lucht aanwezig (kunnen) zijn. Het systeem is ontwikkeld door Siemens\, en gebruikt elektronische sirenes op basis van de Federal Signal Modulator 2008 en 1004. Het waarschuwingsstelsel is eigendom van het Ministerie van Justitie en Veiligheid\, en is op 3 juni 1998 in gebruik genomen. De bevolking is van tevoren geïnstrueerd om in het geval dat de sirene afgaat naar binnen te gaan\, ramen en deuren te sluiten en radio of televisie aan te zetten. Op de aangewezen calamiteitenzenders kan de overheid verdere aanwijzingen geven\, bijvoorbeeld dat een gebied geëvacueerd zal worden. \nExtinction Rebellion maakt er met de actie Luchtalarm – dit is een noodgeval! telkens met kleurrijke vlaggen en banners een mooi maar bloedserieus moment van. Met deze actie wil Extinction Rebellion NL aandacht vragen voor de klimaatcrisis en de biodiversiteitscrisis en duidelijk maken dat het al vijf over twaalf is. Sluit je voor een paar minuten aan bij deze actie en laat zien dat je ook vindt dat de overheid in actie moet komen om een leefbare toekomst voor ons en onze kinderen te waarborgen. Kom langs en doe mee! Iedereen is welkom. Neem borden mee\, we delen tijdens de actie ook patches uit waarmee we onze boodschap kunnen uitdragen. \n‘Het Ballenalarm‘ is een ludieke actie waarmee de Stichting Zaadbalkanker vraagt om extra aandacht voor zaadbalkanker\, ook wel teelbalkanker genoemd. Het idee is dat mannen op de eerste maandag van de maand om 12:00 – als de maandelijkse alarmsirenes loeien – hun teelballen checken\, en dit elke maand opnieuw. DESCRIPTION:The Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons (TPNW)\, or the Nuclear Weapon Ban Treaty\, is the first legally binding international agreement to comprehensively prohibit nuclear weapons with the ultimate goal being their total elimination. \nIt was adopted on 7 July 2017\, opened for signature on 20 September 2017\, and entered into force on 22 January 2021. For those nations that are party to it\, the treaty prohibits the development\, testing\, production\, stockpiling\, stationing\, transfer\, use and threat of use of nuclear weapons\, as well as assistance and encouragement to the prohibited activities. For nuclear armed states joining the treaty\, it provides for a time-bound framework for negotiations leading to the verified and irreversible elimination of its nuclear weapons programme. A mandate adopted by the United Nations General Assembly on 23 December 2016 scheduled two sessions for negotiations: 27 to 31 March and 15 June to 7 July\, 2017. The treaty passed on schedule on 7 July with 122 in favour\, 1 against (Netherlands)\, and 1 official abstention (Singapore). Hierdoor ligt de productie op de locaties stil. Het gaat om leden van de Franse dierenrechtenorganisatie 269 Libération Animale. Ze protesteren tegen geweld tegen dieren. De slachterijen discrimineren volgens de actievoerders dieren alleen omdat het dieren zijn en denken dat ze kunnen doden om geld te verdienen. Dat is niet goed en moet gestopt worden. DESCRIPTION:Op 25 juni 2025 werd de vreedzame A12-blokkade van Extinction Rebellion (XR) met geweld tegengehouden\, daarom organiseert XR een mars in solidariteit met slachtoffers van politiegeweld tijdens vreedzame demonstraties. \nOp 25 juni 2025 wilde XR de A12 blokkeren ter hoogte van de Utrechtsebaan. Die demonstratie was volledig vreedzaam\, maar werd met veel geweld tegengehouden en neergeslagen door politie. Door het gewelddadige optreden van de politie zijn van twee rebellen hun arm gebroken\, en van één rebel diens hand. Vele anderen kregen stokslagen\, neusklemmen\, en polsklemmen. Ook als ze zich niet verzetten en geen gevaar vormden of nog voordat ze de A12 überhaupt betreden hadden. Zondag 6 juli om 13:00 organiseert XR daarom een protestmars in solidariteit met slachtoffers van politiegeweld. Rotation between regions and cultures is a consideration for selection and the location for the next session is chosen by the committee at the end of each session. \nThe World Heritage Committee is a committee of the United Nations Educational\, Scientific and Cultural Organization that selects the sites to be listed as UNESCO World Heritage Sites\, including the World Heritage List and the List of World Heritage in Danger\, defines the use of the World Heritage Fund and allocates financial assistance upon requests from States Parties. It comprises representatives from 21 state parties that are elected by the General Assembly of States Parties for a four-year term. These parties vote on decisions and proposals related to the World Heritage Convention and World Heritage List. According to the World Heritage Convention\, a committee member’s term of office is six years. DESCRIPTION:The 2025 BRICS summit was the seventeenth annual BRICS summit\, held in Rio de Janeiro\, Brazil. \nBRICS is an intergovernmental organization comprising ten countries Brazil\, Russia\, India\, China\, South Africa\, Egypt\, Ethiopia\, Indonesia\, Iran and the United Arab Emirates. The BRICS cooperation mechanism was launched in 2006\, initially comprising Brazil\, Russia\, India\, and China; South Africa joined in 2011. This is the first BRICS summit to feature Indonesia after being admitted on 8 January 2025. Between 28 and 29 April 2025\, the foreign ministers of BRICS member states met in Rio de Janeiro\, Brazil\, ahead of the leaders’ summit. Although the ministers failed to release a joint communique\, they voiced concern over the rise of protectionist trade practices under the Trump administration in the United States. Chinese leader Xi Jinping did not attend the summit for the first time since succeeding Hu Jintao as CCP General Secretary in 2012. Russian President Vladimir Putin attended the meeting only virtually due to an arrest warrant from the International Criminal Court for war crimes during the Russian invasion of Ukraine. As of July 2025\, the BRICS grouping accounts for over 45% of global GDP (nominal) and over 50% at PPP\, represents more than half of the world’s population\, and controls significant shares of global energy reserves\, industrial capacity\, and critical mineral resources. The idea of a BRICS-like group can be traced back to Russian foreign minister Yevgeny Primakov and to the two forums RIC (Russia\, India\, China) and IBSA (India\, Brazil\, South Africa). BRIC was originally a term coined by British economist Jim O’Neill and later championed by his employer Goldman Sachs in 2001 to designate the group of emerging markets. \nThe first summit in 2009 featured the founding countries of Brazil\, Russia\, India\, and China\, where they adopted the acronym BRIC and formed an informal diplomatic club where their governments could meet annually at formal summits and coordinate multilateral policies. In April 2010\, South Africa attended the 2nd BRIC summit as a guest. In September 2010 they joined the organization which was then renamed BRICS\, and attended the 3rd BRICS summit in 2011 as a full member. Iran\, Egypt\, Ethiopia\, and the United Arab Emirates attended their first summit as member states in 2024 in Russia. Indonesia officially joined as a member state in early 2025\, becoming the first Southeast Asian member. The acronym BRICS+ (in its expanded form BRICS Plus) has been informally used to reflect new membership since 2024. Some in the West consider BRICS institutions an alternative to institutions such as those led by nations of the G7 bloc\, which are among the world’s leading economies. Others describe the grouping as an incoherent joining of countries around increasing anti-Western and anti-American objectives. Together BRICS has implemented competing initiatives such as the New Development Bank\, the BRICS Contingent Reserve Arrangement\, BRICS PAY\, the BRICS Joint Statistical Publication and the BRICS basket reserve currency. In its first 15 years BRICS has established almost 60 intra-group institutions\, and think tanks to dialogues\, covering agenda in 34 subjects. The original five members and Indonesia are also part of the G20. DESCRIPTION:The British Government proscribed Palestine Action as a terrorist group on 5 July 2025 under the UK’s Terrorism Act 2000. \nPalestine Action\, also called Pal Action\, is a British direct action network founded in 2020 with the stated goal of “ending global participation in Israel’s genocidal and apartheid regime“. With Israeli weapons manufacturer Elbit Systems as their primary target from the beginning\, the organisation has been active in protests against the Gaza war in the United Kingdom\, with many of their most high-profile actions such as the “Filton 24” case coming in response to the Gaza genocide. It is currently proscribed as a terrorist group under the Terrorism Act 2000\, making membership of\, material support for\, or displaying items in support of the group a criminal offence in the UK. The group uses direct action to disrupt the UK arms industry\, which it accuses of being complicit with Israel in conducting a genocide. Palestine Action have mounted 45 documented direct actions in the United Kingdom. Key targets of the group have been British factories of Israeli weapons manufacturer Elbit Systems as well as RAF Brize Norton\, a Royal Air Force base. In their campaigns\, Palestine Action have used protest\, occupation of premises\, and destruction of property\, which sometimes resulted in its members being arrested. An action in Filton on 6 August 2024 resulted in a lengthy legal process during which the defendants were held on remand for 18 or more months\, during which time some undertook a hunger strike. In May 2026\, mixed verdicts were returned after a retrial\, and in June 2026 the four activists were sentenced to a total of over 20 years imprisonment. \nThe British Government controversially proscribed Palestine Action as a terrorist group on 5 July 2025 under the UK’s Terrorism Act 2000\, citing property damage caused by a group of members at Brize Norton the month prior\, where the activists sprayed military planes with red paint. Subsequent reporting has revealed that the UK government had been considering the proscription of the group for at least a year prior to that date. Civil liberties groups criticised the ban as conflating protest with terrorism. Between proscription and the end of April 2026\, British police arrested at least 3\,070 individuals for showing support to Palestine Action\, many of these resulting from sit-ins in Parliament Square on 9 August 2025 and 6 September 2025\, and in Trafalgar Square on 4 October 2025. Further silent vigils were held in November 2025\, and during the wave of silent action over 600 more arrests were made. On 13 February 2026\, the High Court of Justice ruled that the proscription was unlawful but would temporarily remain in place to allow the government to appeal. On 15 June 2026 the Court of Appeal overturned the High Court ruling and found the ban on Palestine Action to be lawful. The five judges said that the ban was a “justified and proportionate interference with individual rights”. Huda Ammori\, one of the co-founders of Palestine Action\, said that they would go to the Supreme Court and European Court of Human Rights in order to overturn it. \nLinks:\n“Ik ben lid van een terroristische organisatie”

DESCRIPTION:On No Butts Day – Saturday July 5th\, 2025 – thousands of people from 25 countries around the world joined forces on 110 locations for the largest plastic cigarette filter action on the planet. \nCoordinated by the Dutch Plastic Cigarette Butt Collective\, they collected 964\,000 plastic cigarette filters from their local streets\, parks\, and waterways. The event originated in The Netherlands in 2019\, and grew into an international action. No Butts Day is an effective way to raise awareness about the environmental damage caused by cigarette filter litter. DESCRIPTION:From July 4 through July 7\, 2025\, a large and deadly flood event took place in the Texas Hill Country\, particularly in Kerr County\, in the U.S. state of Texas. \nDuring the flooding\, water levels along the Guadalupe River rose quickly and significantly when 5–11 inches (130–280 mm) of rain fell in a short amount of time. As a result\, at least 104 fatalities have been confirmed\, of which at least 84 are in Kerr County\, with at least 24 reported missing. The flooding was caused by a mesoscale convective complex partially fed by the remnants of Tropical Storm Barry. Flooding began on the morning of July 4\, after a huge volume of rain fell on Central Texas. Six flash flood emergencies\, which included the cities of Kerrville and Mason\, were issued the same day. The Guadalupe River rose about 26 feet (7.9 m) in 45 minutes. It surged an estimated 29 feet (8.8 m) in the Hunt area\, where more than 20 children were declared missing from a summer camp. July 5 saw more flash flood warnings for the Lake Travis area\, which is part of the Colorado River (Texas) watershed. DESCRIPTION:Down The Rabbit Hole (DTRH)\, is een driedaags muziekfestival dat voor het eerst in 2014 werd gehouden\, in recreatiepark De Groene Heuvels bij Ewijk (gemeente Beuningen) nabij Nijmegen\, Het festival wordt georganiseerd door Mojo Concerts en in de markt gezet als “het kleine broertje” van Lowlands omdat er in de maand juni wel veel bands in Europa touren en er geen vast festival was waar deze acts konden spelen. \nNaast muziek worden er ook andere activiteiten georganiseerd zoals vlotten bouwen\, keramiek bakken en een open podium. De drie podia “Hotot”\, “Fuzzy Lop” en “Teddy Widder” zijn genoemd naar konijnenrassen. DESCRIPTION:De Werelddag voor de Dolfijnen in Gevangenschap (World Day for Captive Dolphins) is een bewustwordingsdag die in het leven is geroepen door de Engelse organisatie Born Free Foundation\, FAADA (Spanje)\, LAV (Lega Anti Vivisezione) en Marevivo (Italië). \nDeze dierenbeschermingsorganisaties hebben als hoofddoel de nu nog in totaal wereldwijd meer dan 800 dolfijnen in aquaria en dolfinaria te bevrijden. Helaas kunnen dolfijnen uit gevangenschap vaak niet meer overleven in het wild. Griekenland kent dit probleem en heeft in 2020 bij het Griekse eiland Lipsi het allereerste reservaat geopend voor dolfijnen die gered zijn uit gevangenschap. \nFree Flipper\nDolfijnen worden in het algemeen gehouden in dolfinaria\, waar ze moeten leven in bassins die totaal niet te vergelijken zijn met hun natuurlijke omgeving. In het wild leven dolfijnen in grote sociale groepen en zwemmen ze honderden kilometers per dag in de open oceaan. In dolfinaria moeten ze het stellen met een krappe ruimte waarin hun natuurlijke gedrag niet goed tot uiting kan komen. De chronische stress die hun gevangenschap met zich mee brengt veroorzaakt onder andere verlies van eetlust wat resulteert in een zwakke gezondheid. Dolfijnen in gevangenschap sterven dan ook eerder dan hun soortgenoten in het wild. Veel dieren worden depressief en het toedienen van antidepressiva is daarom ook geen uitzondering in dolfinaria. \nDolfinaria in Europa\nEr zijn in Europa nog 17 landen die één of meer dolfinaria hebben. Dertien Europese lidstaten (Oostenrijk\, Kroatië\, Cyprus\, Tsjechië\, Estland\, Hongarije\, Letland\, Luxemburg\, Polen\, Republiek Ierland\, Slowakije\, Slovenië en het Verenigd Koninkrijk) zijn dolfinaria vrij. Er is nog een lange weg te gaan. In meer dan de helft van de (nog) bestaande dolfinaria in Europa worden zwemmen met dolfijnen activiteiten aangeboden en/of word je in de gelegenheid gesteld om op de foto te gaan met een dolfijn. Deze activiteiten zijn puur gericht op zoveel mogelijk geld verdienen. Geld dat gebruikt wordt voor eigen gewin en dat niet gebruikt wordt voor betere levensomstandigheden voor de in gevangenschap levende dolfijnen. Dolfinarium Harderwijk is (in 2023) met 25 dolfijnen het op een na grootste dolfinarium van Europa. Alleen Zoomarine Algarve in Portugal houdt nog meer\, namelijk 27\, dolfijnen in gevangenschap\, twee meer dan het Dolfinarium. Beide dolfinaria houden beduidend meer dolfijnen dan de meeste dolfinaria in Europa: gemiddeld zijn er 9 dolfijnen per locatie. Spanje is het land met de meeste dolfijnen in gevangenschap van Europa\, daar leven 93 dolfijnen verspreid over 10 dolfinaria. Nederland staat op de vierde plek\, maar dan maar met één dolfinarium. DESCRIPTION:Tientallen organisaties in zorg en welzijn\, patiënten en cliënten hebben op 3 juli 2025 met het ministerie van Volksgezondheid\, Welzijn en Sport afspraken gemaakt voor zorg en welzijn in de toekomst\, in het Aanvullend Zorg en Welzijnsakkoord (AZWA) is afgesproken dat de zorg toegankelijk wordt gehouden voor iedereen die het nodig heeft. \nOngeacht waar je woont\, of je een kleine of grote portemonnee hebt\, wat je aandoening\, óf wat je leeftijd is. De onderhandelende partijen leggen de afspraken in de komende weken met een positief advies voor aan hun achterbannen. In Nederland staat de zorg voor elkaar op een kritisch punt. Als er niets verandert\, is er straks onvoldoende hulp voor mensen die dit het hardst nodig hebben. We worden met z’n allen steeds ouder. Tegelijkertijd verdubbelt in de komende jaren de groep mensen die ondersteuning en zorg nodig heeft. En het aantal zorgverleners groeit onvoldoende mee. Het moet dus anders. Voor het behoud van kwaliteit van bestaan van hen die het meest afhankelijk zijn van ondersteuning en zorg. Daarom zullen de partijen zich slimmer organiseren en versnellen de goede ontwikkelingen die er al zijn. Daar gaan de afspraken over in het AZWA.
