Kerner für den guten Zweck. \nIn einer Verbindung aus Quiz- und Spendensendung setzen sich Kandidaten für die Deutsche Krebshilfe ein. In Gesprächen und Einspielern wird die vielfältige Arbeit der Deutschen Krebshilfe vorgestellt. Johannes B. Kerner begrüßt unterschiedliche Gäste im Studio und würdigt besondere Initiativen aus dem sozialen Miteinander und aus der Forschung. Der Startschuss fällt um 20.15 Uhr mit der dreistündigen Liveshow “Der Quiz-Champion – Das Spenden-Special”\, in der die besten Quiz-Kandidaten Deutschlands gegen fünf prominente Experten antreten. Mit dabei sind: Bastian Pastewka (Film und Fernsehen)\, Anna Thalbach (Literatur und Sprache)\, Wigald Boning (Erdkunde)\, Marcel Reif (Sport) sowie Sarah Wiener (Ernährung). Wenn das “Spenden-Special” des “Quiz-Champion” beendet ist\, geht es mit der “Spenden-Challenge” erst richtig los: Direkt im Anschluss\, ab 23.15 Uhr\, wird die ganze Nacht hindurch weitergequizzt – und das 13 Stunden lang. Eine Besonderheit hier: Es spielen bekannte Content Creator mit.
