DESCRIPTION:Since October 1998\, the American Geosciences Institute has organized the Earth Science Week\, a worldwide event to help the public gain a better understanding and appreciation for the Earth sciences and to encourage stewardship of the Earth. \nOur energy future calls for navigating complex choices about how we power our homes\, businesses\, and transportation.
