DESCRIPTION:Tijdens het Groene Filmfestival\, initiatief van De Groene Stelling\, reizen we langs diverse locaties in en rondom Amsterdam – van boerderijen en buurthuizen tot bioscopen – en vertonen inspirerende documentaires over natuur\, landbouw\, en voedselproductie\, gevolgd door verdiepende gesprekken met het publiek. \nWat betekent voedsel voor jou? Hoe ziet een toekomstbestendig landschap eruit? En welke rol kunnen wij daarin spelen – als burger\, boer of beleidsmaker? Samen staan we stil bij het veranderende landschap dat ons voedt en verbindt. We onderzoeken hoe voedselproductie\, natuur en leefomgeving met elkaar verweven zijn – en hoe we samen kunnen bouwen aan een toekomst waarin mens en omgeving in balans zijn. Door de lens van film en in open dialoog creëren we bewustwording over duurzaamheid en maken we ruimte voor nieuwe perspectieven. Kom kijken\, luisteren en meepraten over een toekomst waarin voedsel en landschap ons verbindt. Amsterdam heeft de ambitie om 25% van het geconsumeerde voedsel uit de regio te betrekken. Maar kennen we de mensen die ons eten verbouwen eigenlijk wel? Tijdens het Groene Filmfestival brengen we de werelden van stad en platteland dichter bij elkaar. Movies feature the cast reflecting on the movie’s lasting impact — from Terry Gilliam talking about his dual role as director and actor\, John Cleese sharing what quotes he still gets to this day\, Michael Palin saying it was all a bit silly\, and plenty more behind-the-scenes stories and laughs along the way. Monty Python and the Holy Grail is a 1975 British comedy film based on the Arthurian legend\, written and performed by the Monty Python comedy group (Graham Chapman\, John Cleese\, Terry Gilliam\, Eric Idle\, Terry Jones\, and Michael Palin) and directed by Gilliam and Jones in their feature directorial debuts. It was conceived during the hiatus between the third and fourth series of their BBC Television series Monty Python’s Flying Circus. While the group’s first film\, And Now for Something Completely Different\, was a compilation of sketches from the first two television series\, Holy Grail is an original story that parodies the legend of King Arthur’s quest for the Holy Grail. Thirty years later\, Idle used the film as the basis for the 2005 Tony Award-winning musical Spamalot. Monty Python and the Holy Grail grossed more than any other British film screened in the US in 1975\, and has since been considered one of the greatest comedy films of all time.
